The Shuri Add-in for Outlook



The add-in brings professional-level relationship management right into the Outlook UI

Shuri is an app that helps you track your business relationships. As a Microsoft Office user, you organize those relationships in Outlook with emails and calendar appointments.

Shuri's Outlook add-in syncs your calendar and inbox with Touches in Shuri, consolidating all of your efforts, enabling team collaboration, and making powerful metrics easy.

With the Outlook Add-in, you will be able to:

  • Enter it once and be done. You don't have to maintain both Outlook and your CRM.
  • Track your team's history of communication and meeting with all key contacts.
  • Use Tags to organize and categorize your emails and calendar items into categories, projects, events, etc.
  • Instantly share relationship information across your team.
  • Remember relationship information after employees leave.
  • Generate reports to see how your efforts are performing over time.
  • Query through your emails and events with sophisticated filters.


Installation:
  1. Requires Windows and Outlook Version 2013 or higher.
  2. Login to Windows with an administrator-level account.
  3. Disable anti-virus and anti-malware software during installation.
  4. Close Outlook.
  5. Download and run http://outlook.shuri.com/setup.exe or click 'Install the Add-in' button above.
  6. Follow the prompts.
  7. You will be asked to login or register a new Shuri account when you next start Outlook.
